Perskoppeling

Een perskoppeling wordt gebruikt om leidingen snel, strak en blijvend met elkaar te verbinden. Door de koppeling met geschikt persgereedschap op de leiding te persen, ontstaat een vaste verbinding die veel wordt toegepast in verwarmingsinstallaties, waterzijdige systemen en technisch leidingwerk.

Bij Hewa vindt u perskoppelingen in verschillende uitvoeringen, zoals rechte koppelingen, knieën, hoekstukken, T-stukken, verloopstukken en schroefbussen. Perskoppeling kiezen

Een perskoppeling is bedoeld voor het maken van een vaste leidingverbinding met persgereedschap. De koppeling wordt om de leiding geplaatst en met een passende persbek of persmachine vervormd, waardoor een strakke en duurzame verbinding ontstaat. Perskoppelingen worden veel gebruikt in verwarmingsinstallaties, drinkwaterinstallaties, technische leidingsystemen en servicewerk waarbij snelheid en reproduceerbare montage belangrijk zijn.

De juiste keuze hangt af van buismaat, materiaal, persprofiel, toepassing, drukklasse, temperatuur en aansluiting. Bekijk voor de bredere categorie ook koppelingen voor leidingwerk. Wanneer demontabele montage gewenst is, kan knelkoppeling relevant zijn. Voor draadaansluitingen, verloopstukken en koppelingen met appendages is schroefdraadkoppeling belangrijk.

Belangrijk bij perskoppelingen

Vaste verbinding met persgereedschap

Het belangrijkste voordeel van een perskoppeling is de snelle en constante montage. Bij correcte voorbereiding wordt de leiding haaks afgesneden, ontbraamd, gecontroleerd op beschadiging en tot de juiste insteekdiepte in de koppeling geplaatst. Daarna wordt de koppeling met passend persgereedschap verperst. Hierdoor ontstaat een vaste verbinding die niet afhankelijk is van solderen of een handmatig aangedraaide knelmoer.

Voor installateurs is vooral systeemcompatibiliteit belangrijk. Perskoppelingen mogen niet willekeurig met iedere buis, persbek of leidingsoort worden gecombineerd. Controleer daarom altijd buismaat, persprofiel, materiaal, O-ring of afdichting, toepassingstemperatuur, drukklasse en technische documentatie. Een verkeerd gekozen perskoppeling kan leiden tot lekkage, onvoldoende persing, materiaalspanning of storingen in het leidingwerk.
